This seems to be pretty easy (as the rating suggests).

Of course, if Mr. Mynameisalotofnumbers never actually posts a solution, we will never know.

But we can assume the answer to be 'It'. I being the 9th letter of the alphabet, and T being the 20th, it would appear that 'it' is what the riddle is referring to.

Effectively, we wouldn't even need the middle bit; it could simply state, It is the answer to this riddle. Which would save a lot of annoying counting through the alphabet.
