Construct a cyclic quadrilateral ABCD from a non-cyclic quadrilateral A'B'C'D' such that

|AB| = |A'B'|, |BC| = |B'C'|, |CD| = |C'D'| and |DA| = |D'A'|.

You cannot use formulas (4)-(7) at this link in the construction.
