Solve separately each of these base ten alphametics, where each of the capital letters in bold denotes a different base ten digit from 0 to 9. None of the numbers inclusive of these alphametics can contain a leading zero.

(I) Each of FREE, AREA, PURR and SPFA is a perfect square.

(II) Each of MEER, EMMA, EMIR and RARE is a perfect square.

(III) Each of ROME, ONCE, MCML and EELS is a perfect square.
