Y is ambiguous.
Why?

X=121
Y=242 OR 024
Solution:
Take 4,8,16,32,64,128 etc
Remove the commas, concatenate into one chain and then form triplets.
Clearly x=121 and y either 024 (if leading zeros allowed) or 242 (if not).
