I had arrived at 3 distinct solutions where the first column was static, yet some of the other numbers were in their original cells thus none of those solutions conformed to the request.  If I can arrive at a valid solution, I will update this post.

Being busy today I didn't get to address this problem before Charlie already tackled it with the help of his processor.  I am not going to bother trying to tackle this much further.

(Note to Charlie, if he reads this. You can reduce your code prime checking as the maximum possible prime for any one row is 103.)
