Some Thoughts expression as sum | Comment 2 of 3 |

sigma n=1 to n=1004 ((2n-1)*x^(2009-(2n-1))-(2n)*x^(2009-(2n))+2009/1004), produces the requested expression.

Trying small values seems to confirm a minimum of 1005 at x=1
