Card Crack (Posted on 2013-11-21) Difficulty: 2 of 5
Al, Ben, and Cal played some card games, each game having exactly one winner.
  1. No player won two games in succession.
  2. When a player was the dealer for a game he did not win that game.
  3. The deal proceeded from Al to Ben to Cal; then this order was repeated until they stopped playing.
  4. The only player to win more than two games did not win the first game.
Who was the only player to win more than two games?
