F = 9/5*C-32
For both to be integers C must be a multiple of 5.  To be two digits then F must begin with 5.
15 degrees C = 59 degrees F.  Which doesn't fit.

Likewise with the second equation.
2*15 degrees C = 86 degrees F.  Which doesn't fit.

Is this problem possible or am I missing something?
