Wow, good analysis.
A couple questions,
1) in "1st letter = 7th letter = N,B,T,D,M,G, or W" you left out "s" was this just a typo or had you eliminated "s" in some other step?
2) Did you find any underlying Mathmatical corelation letters to numbers?
Yours is the only response that I've read so I am not sure if anyone else has found such a link.
I really like the Crypto puzzles but am poor at them so I like to pick te brains of those who complete them.
