A cigarette is standing vertically on its butt. You cannot touch it with any object(solids, liquids or gases). That goes for the foundation also. How can you make it drop? Asking another person to do it does not count.

Why can't the cigarette just be lit? It may burn evenly (I don't know, I don't smoke), but there's a good chance that the ashes won't be symmetrical when it burns, thus dropping it. What state of matter is a flame considered as anyway?
