Can you give one English word that uses the same vowel, not necessarily in a row, six times and that is the only vowel used in the word ?

Probably the answer he is looking for is indivisibility, which of course contains six is and no other vowels.

Of course, if you count the y as a vowel, which is how it is used in this word, then you have to keep looking...
