What number goes in the blank? (Hint: It's not 84!)

"Equality isnt important" and 84 | Comment 24 of 36 |
I think Gamer's statement: "Equality isn't as important as you think." simply means that the equal signs are used to obscure the message. Removing the equals and substituting 84 for the blank gives:

64M
3R
15484DP
3R
50N

Does anybody have any ideas on what to do with that?
