lg(x) = ln(x)/ln(2)
Plotting the graphs of y = sin(x) and y = ln(x)/ln(2) shows that they intersect at x ¡Ö 1.919. There are no other solutions, since the graph of y = ln(x)/ln(2) quickly becomes > 1 as x increases and < 1 as x decreases.
