1 dollar = 100 cents = 10 cents * 10 cents = 1/10 dollar * 1/10 dollar = 1/100 dollar = 1 cent
Here is the proof that 1 dollar = 1 cent. Is there an error in my calculations?
When multiplying 10 cents by 10 cents, you get 100 cents^2 or a dollar (cents^2=dollar). Thus, when you multiply 1/10 dollar by 1/10 dollar, one gets 1/100
dollar^2 not
dollar. Thus, it follows that dollar^2=a hundred dollar bill. By that, 1/100 of a hundred dollar bill is one dollar.
