What is the only word in the English language that when capitalized is changed from a noun or a verb to a nationality?

I see that we have been interpreting the problem differently, Penny!
I interpreted it this way: The word we're looking for, when capitalized, is changed from a word that can either be a noun or a verb to a nationality. See, I thought that the word we're looking for can be a noun or a verb, depending on the context. "welsh" cannot be a noun.
I stand by my interpretation, but I don't like going over such small technicalities. I imagine many bystanders are thinking "Who cares?" and "This person is obsessive!" and "Why won't he/she leave faster?"
