The numbers inside () are all less than 31;  the other numbers are all less than 12.  Could be month(day)

In 2004 
July 20 is a Tuesday
Feb 17 is a Tuesday

Then the message translates (just the number parts) to:
Mon Fri Thur Sun Sun Thur Fri Thur
doubt this is it.  Penny, didn't Nostradamus predict something would happen on those dates?
