What is the smallest positive integer that cannot be defined in less than twenty-five syllables?

If you want to be very posh, you can add "and" in a couple of places, so your answer would be:
Seventy million, seven hundred and seventy seven thousand, seven hundred and seventy seven which is 27 syllables. If sam is looking for "and"s then your answer is wrong.
