What is the only word in the English language that when capitalized is changed from a noun or a verb to a nationality?
The title (subject line) of the puzzle is a verb/nationality combination: "What are you doing" (verb) "and where are you from?" (nationality). So it must be ok for the word in question to be a verb only. Popstar Dave is going to be upset when he realizes that "scotch" (verb/noun) and "polish" (verb/noun) are equally valid answers.
