Victor Zapana's hints | Comment 19 of 31 |

Two of Mr. Zapana's hints are (1) "What base do most people use, in terms of numbers?" and (2) "tho i include bases in my hint, that doesn't necessarily mean i have bases-related cryptography."

How can the decimal system (the system most people use) be involved, without this being base-related cryptography ? One way this could be, is if this has to do with the Dewey Decimal System. That is a well known system for classifying books. Then if e7(20), n2(17), etc., were actually book titles, that might lead to a solution.

I don't know the Dewey Decimal System well enough to pursue this idea any further.
