consider how some people dont say seventy-seven, just seven seven, im going to go with

if i didn't mess up thats 13 of them, and since seventy-seven has five syables, and seven has two sylables, that could be defined in twenty-
six sylables at the least. that is, unless you wanna get complicated and say you could define that number by saying that its 1111111111111 * 7 (16 sylables if you say one,one,one,one,one,one, etc.)
