What is the only word in the English language that when capitalized is changed from a noun or a verb to a nationality?
...were the poor Vandals, a Germanic tribe of the Roman Empire. I am sure they were no worse than any other of the barbarians. But "vandal" is used to denote any mindlessly destructive person, and to "vandalize" means to deface and destroy.
So now we're up to three: Polish, Scotch and Vandals.....
