The word(s) to be bolded go in between a full set of HTML codes, not just the "angle brackets" (actually the less-than and greater-than signs) it is the "B" that goes between them to indicate what coding to apply.
It should have been "<B>Dulanjana</B> is the best :)" The result would then be "Dulanjana is the best :)"
(Also note the slash (/) in the closing code that isn't in the opening code)
