8448 is a multiple of 44. Change the two 4s for different odd numbers X and Y, so 8XY8 can be divided by XY. No computers allowed!

8138 or 8918

Expounding on Gamer's comment, any number that is a factor of 8008 will work in the same way. The prime factorization of 8008 is:

8008 = 2 * 2 * 2 * 7 * 11 * 13

So, the two-digit factors of 8008 are:

2 2
2*2 4
7 7
2*2*2 8
11 11
13 13
2*7 14
2*11 22
2*13 26
2*2*7 28
2*2*11 44
2*2*13 52
2*2*2*7 42
2*2*2*11 66
7*11 77
2*2*2*13 78
7*13 91

So, the number that will work are 8028, 8048, and so on. However only two of these are made up of two different odd numbers, which are the two solutions to the problem: 8138 (13 * 626) and 8918 (91 * 98).
