What is the smallest positive integer that cannot be defined in less than twenty-five syllables?

The smallest one I could find was 777,777,101.  That's seven hundred seventy seven million seven hundred seventy seven thousand one hundred one.  With or without "and" that makes 26 syllables.  This is ignoring the argument that that can be defined as the smallest positive integer that cannot be defined in less than twenty-five syllables.
