I don't disagree with the answer, but this problem is the poster child for being counterintuitive. This is actually a mathematical paradox.
If you take the limit of the sum, then the limit is (ln 2). If you take the sum of the limits of each individual term, then the limit is zero. This is because each individual limit is 0.
I don't like problems like this.
