Can you solve the following equation?

½ = 1/x² + 1/y² +...+ 1/z²

All variables must be different, positive integers, and there must be a finite number of terms.

According to http://www.math.hmc.edu/funfacts/ffiles/10001.3-5.shtml the sum 1/1+1/4+1/9+... + 1/n^2+ ... is pi^2/6=1.6449... . Subtracting 1 leaves .6449... > 1/2.
