Can you solve the following equation?

½ = 1/x² + 1/y² +...+ 1/z²

All variables must be different, positive integers, and there must be a finite number of terms.

Oops, my bad. I realized where I went wrong. That Reimann sum is from 1 to infinity. So it should've been 1 instead of 1/2. Well, I'm stumped now.
