Can you solve the following equation?

½ = 1/x² + 1/y² +...+ 1/z²

All variables must be different, positive integers, and there must be a finite number of terms.

Actually, if only one more term is allowed after the 59429 one, the best variable would be 22852059.  Using the extended precision of UBASIC, that results in 0.4999999999999999999999832....  Going one unit in either direction results in a worse approximation.
