Can you solve the following equation?
½ = 1/x² + 1/y² +...+ 1/z²
All variables must be different, positive integers, and there must be a finite number of terms.
It's obvious that with 5 numbers you cannot get 1/2 (since 1/2²+1/3²+1/4²+1/5²+1/6²<1/2) but I'm trying to prove that you cannot do it with 6 either... still trying!
