Black And Brown Gloves (Posted on 2004-10-06) Difficulty: 1 of 5
Mr. Blue has 12 brown gloves and 8 black gloves in a drawer in his closet. If he blindly pulls gloves from the drawer, what's the minimum number of gloves Mr. Blue will have to pick, to be certain he has a pair of gloves of the same color?

well, if there is a pair, whish it does not specify, then the answer is 11 because you would have to look at the right handed and left handed glove. and it might take him 11 trys to finally get a different glove than the first one he already drew. bit since it doesnt say that they are pairs then they could all be left or right handed gloves. so there is no solution
