There is just one way to go from XXXXOOOO to XOXOXOXO in five moves if *three* adjacent coins are moved at each turn. How?

Unfortunately this problem was published before I could get a better wording. I was intending the X's and O's to remain in their exact locations if not being moved, like in <a href="http://perplexus.info/show.php?pid=2407&cid=18342">nikki's recent post</a>. The intended solution differs from nikki's in that I did not rotate any of the moves, just straight translations.
