Well, I didn't want to use any resources, so I just tried to figure it out...
After a quick trip to Mathworld, which I knew had the answer, it
actually is 3. Go to http://mathworld.wolfram.com/QueensProblem.html
and look at the second table. It is a hard problem because only 2
arrangements exist.
