A man walks up to you and says:

Everything I say to you is a lie."
Is he telling you the truth or is he lying?
He has to be lying.
If he was telling the truth, then that would lead to a contradiction.
If he was lying, then to avoid a contradiction, you could say that he
really tells the truth
some of the time (not this time), but does not always lie. Therefore, his saying that everything he says is a lie is false.
