Can the omnipotent God create a stone which he(she?) him(her?)self Cannot carry?

(Note: blasphemy added by levik. Disregard if offensive)

This is not meant to offend anyone.  I'm not trying to point out a contradiction.  This is merely an interesting result of the Catholic belief system.

According to the traditional beliefs of Catholics (or at least the ones I've heard), the two following questions have opposite responses.

Can God create a stone that even He Himself cannot carry?

Can God create a free being that even He Himself cannot control?

The response to the latter, of course, is "Yes."
