Five professional golfers (including Fiona) opted to wind down from a big match with a relaxing game of miniature golf at Richard’s Devilish Mini-Golf. They discovered, however, that mini-golf wasn't as easy as it looks. Each player scored extremely high on a different hole of the course, and eventually everybody was fuming about their loss and gave up. Using the clues below, can you find out each golfer's full name (one surname is Billings) and the hole he or she screwed up entirely?

1. George, Evans, and the one who blew it on the ball-eating Clown-Face all managed to control themselves after completing their worst hole and were able to return their putters intact.

2. Isaac’s bad luck came at the Stoplight, where the ball got caught inside, just out of reach of his club.

3. George and Hannah both scored quadruple bogies on their worst holes.

4. Ms. Derby and the man who screwed up on the Loop-de-Loop snapped their putters on nearby trees after their worst holes.

5. The one surnamed Chang wasn’t the one who hit a water hazard on the Viking Ship or the one who tallied a triple bogie on the Windmill.

6. Jacob Ambrose hit his ball with too much force on his worst hole, and took several strokes to get it out of the knee-deep sand trap and back onto the green.

Assumptions: Fiona and Hannah are girls; George, Isaac and Jacob are boys.  Hitting a water hazard and Scoring a triple bogie are considered screwing up a hole.

From the clear, initial information, we have:

Putter:    I

Clue 4 says that the MAN who screwed up on the LDL snapped his putter afterwards.
Clue 1 says that George and Evans did not break their putters.
So the LDL was not the worst hole for either Fiona or Hanna since they are women, nor was it the worst for George or Evans either, due to putter breakage.
So the LDL could only be the worst hole for Isaac or Jacob.
But Clue 2 says that the SL was the worst hole for Isaac.
Therefore, Jacob Ambrose screwed up on the LDL and broke his putter.

Clue 1 names 3 people who did not break their putter, and Clue 4 names two people who did.
So the 5 people mentioned in the two clues must be all different people.
The two people in Clue 4 (broke their putter) are a man and a woman.
So the 3 people in Clue 1 (putter intact) must be two men and a woman.
We already said that Jacob broke his putter, so it must be George (which we already knew) and Isaac who kept their putters intact.
This means that Isaac must be either Evans or the person who screwed up on the CF.
But we know Isaac’s worst hole was the SL, so Isaac must be Evans.

Clue 5 says that Chang wasn’t the one who screwed up on the VS or the WM.  Since SL and LDL are already taken, this only leaves the CF for Chang.
Clue 1 tells us that George did not screw up on the CF, so George’s last name isn’t Chang.
Clue 4 says Ms. Derby so George’s last name isn’t Derby.
Since Evans and Ambrose are taken, George’s last name is Billings.
Clue 3 says George’s worst hole scored a quad bogie, and Clue 5 says the person who screwed up on the WM scored a triple bogie.
Therefore the person who screwed up on the WM was not George.
Therefore, George screwed up on the VS.

So we have Chang on CF which leaves Derby on WM.
Clue 3 says Hannah’s worst hole scored a quad bogie, and Clue 5 says the person who screwed up on the WM scored a triple bogie.
Therefore the person who screwed up on the WM was not Hannah.
Therefore Hannah screwed up on the CF and her last name is Chang.
This leaves Fiona as Ms. Derby and screwed up on the WM.

So we have
Fiona Derby’s worst hole was the Windmill, and then she broke her putter.

Isaac Evans’ worst hole was the Stoplight, but he kept his cool.
Jacob Ambrose’s worst hole was the Loop-de-loop, and then he broke his putter.
