Can you rearrange the letters in INAUGURAL so they form the last 9 letters of an 11 letter word that describes a type of triangle?

The nine letter word is UIANGULAR

but it doesn't make any sense...UIANGULAR is not a word in itself... Of course, if it is preceeded by EQ it becomes a valid word
