Solution: (00,40,11)(04,27,35) or (100,40,11)(104,27,35), this is a Y2K problem! 

The first number in each group represents the 2 last digits of a year when there where Olympic games.
The second number in each group represents the number of gold medals won by the USA.
The third number in each group represents the number of gold medals won by Great Brittain.
