Well obviously, it's a happy face, tilted on its side like this (:
Don't you see it? The two black dots are the eyes!  The mouth is a little harder to see, but you could highlight it by putting the picture on ms paint, and...drawing it in...?  Or you could just keep thinking about happy faces until there's a smile on everything--then you'll see it!

Of course, the message must be "have a nice day," right?



Of course, I don't really think that's the answer.  This is a very enjoyable puzzle!
