1)  Save the image as a bitmap.

2)  Open the bitmap using paint.  (View at 400%)

3)  Copy and paste

4)  Use Image/Invert Colors

5)  Slide the reversed image down halfway

The overlap is almost completely black with a little bit of noise and a hint of the coded message.

Why can't I see the whole thing?
