Let's assume that the statements both qeries in the question are meant for the different statements.  The answer can be either yes or no since there are different statements in nature.

Let's assume that the statements both queries in the question are meant for the same statement.  The answer can be either true or false too since both queries contradict with each other and we do not know which one is a liar.
