but no one can quite capture it.

You have not explained to me how you relate time to force.  Is it not imaginative?

You mention the word, acceleration, on this earth.  The word, acceleration, has been wrongly defined by you.  Please refer to the dictionary what the word, acceleration mean.  It means to increase speed and move faster as checked by me in the Webster dictionary. 

As the spinning speed of this earth is very slow and it is 0.25 degree per minut, how could you use the word, acceleration? 

There is no logic.
