I first listed the possible end letters and the tried combinations for 'ist', which gave me - Vocalist
Then carrying on in the same way i got  - Serenade, Twinning, Strainer & Aardvark

(Of which 'Aadrvark' was found by default... being the only letters remaining in that order... What dies it mean anyway!!!)
