Make the longest word you can make out of these six letters:
A, E, I, N, S, T.

Rules:

  1. No letter may be used twice.
  2. No other letter or symbol may be used.
  3. It must be a common English word.
  4. No proper nouns.

It says no letter can be used TWICE, but not that they should be used only ONCE... thus, "ASSASSINATES" fits!
