Yesterday I was at the airport at the capital of one of the US fifty states. There was a sign with two lines: on the first there was the name of the (capital) city, and on the second the name of the state. Curiously, the two lines had no letters in common.

Well, cross-referencing produces three answers:
Traditional solving gives most of us Pierre, South Dakota. Penny's unique approach gave her Honolulu, Hawaii, and sam posted Tallahasse, Florida.
This is an interesting dilemma.
