Deeded (6 letters) - the only common word that meets the puzzle requirement.
There are also a few unusual words:
Essees -- variant of "Essenes"
Seeses - archaic form of the word "seizes"
Feffee - a trustee
Geggee - the victim of a hoax
Pipipi - name of a Pokemon character
