If you apply a similar method from the previous problem (replace all the odds with a character and the evens with a space) you get the word "WRONG". So I'm guessing that's not it.
Of course I'm sure most have figured that out already. I note that there's only one zero. Another oddity is the 7 in the top row, second column. For the word "WRONG", this is unnecessary.
