How many digits are there in 2^1000 (2 to the power of 1000)?
if you put the problem into a good scientific calculator, the answer will say:
1.071508607186e301 in scientific notation and
10.71508607186e300 in engineering notation.
The way I read this is that there are either 300 or 301 digits AFTER the reading on the screen. Therefore, there would be 313 digits. But then, I am new to this math logic game! It's kind of fun!
