".... the puzzle you solved after you solved the puzzle you solved before you solved this one" refers to this puzzle itself, and so, "the puzzle you solved before you solved the puzzle you solved after you solved the puzzle you solved before you solved this one" refers to the puzzle that was solved before this one.


Similarly, ".....the puzzle you solved after you solved the puzzle you solved before you solved this one....." refers to this puzzle itself and thus, the lines:


".....the puzzle you solved before you solved the puzzle you solved after you solved the puzzle you solved before you solved this one, was harder than the puzzle you solved after you solved the puzzle you solved before you solved this one.....can now be stated in simple words as follows:


"The puzzle you solved before you solved this one was harder than this puzzle".


Therefore, the answer to the question is: "YES".
