Therefore the solution is 302!

Enter into a scientific calculator:
2 "X to the y power" 1000 =
Your answer reads: 1.071508607186e301
As TomM pointed out, the e301 means that there are 301 digits after the decimal point plus the number before the decimal. The answer is 302.
