Determine all polynomials L(x) satisfying the undernoted equation:
(x-243) L(3x) = 243 (x-1) L(x) for all x.

Looks good to me. Your L(x) has zeros at 3 and 243, as it should. Is this then the monic L(x) of least degree that works?
